Numbuzin No.5+ Vitamin Boosting Essence Toner is a brightening essence toner formulated with 5% niacinamide (50,000 ppm), vitamin C, and arbutin. This toner brightens dull skin, evens skin tone by reducing blemishes and discolorations, and hydrates, perfectly preparing the skin for subsequent treatments. This concentrated formula is ideal for skin in need of radiance and evenness.

How to use
Apply morning and evening after cleansing. Pour onto a cotton pad or directly into your hands and gently pat onto your face and neck. Follow with serum and cream. Ideal for dull skin with blemishes and discolorations. 200ml.
