Shipping Times
Orders received by 12:00 PM (CET) from Monday to Friday are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Tracking information is available upon request once the package has been picked up.

❗ Undelivered or Unreleased International Shipments
For international shipments, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide all required information and documentation in a timely manner to the customs authorities of the destination country.
AurynSkin commits to communicating any customs requests promptly via email or other available channels.
If the customer does not respond within the given timeframe or fails to actively cooperate in completing the customs clearance, the shipment may be:

rejected,

returned to sender (with additional costs charged to the customer),

or destroyed by local authorities (in case of customs abandonment).
In such cases:

Shipping costs (both ways) will not be refunded

Product refunds are not guaranteed, especially if items are damaged or not returned.
