Lador

LADOR was founded in 2007 in the heart of Seoul, in the Seongdong-gu district. The name is a compound of "leaf" and "adorable": an identity that combines nature and care. From the very beginning, LADOR did not position itself as a mass-market brand: it is a professional brand, designed for those who want the quality of the best Korean salons at home.

With distribution in over 40 international markets, LADOR has built its reputation on a principle that is rarely applied consistently: ingredients are tested for 6 months before the formula is finalized. Products are not launched until there is certainty that they work.

No harsh sulfates, no occlusive silicones. A scalp-first philosophy: healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp. A Korean pharmacy mindset applied to hair care.

Deepen Lador

Founded in 2007 in Seoul (Seongdong-gu), LADOR (Leaf + Adorable) is a professional haircare brand distributed in over 40 markets. The development process involves 6 months of ingredient testing before launch. Formulas are silicone-free and free from harsh sulfates.

Scalp-first philosophy: the scalp is the root of hair health. Every line is based on this premise

LADOR works with professional technologies, LPP, hydrolyzed keratin, and collagen, which are typically used in salon treatments, and brings them into home-use formulas without diluting the concentration of active ingredients.

The choice to exclude harsh sulfates and occlusive silicones is not just clean beauty marketing; it is a technical choice. Sulfates destroy the scalp's lipid film; silicones create a buildup that, over time, makes hair dull and heavy. LADOR prefers to build real health rather than a temporary effect

  • LPP Technology (Low Molecular Protein Peptide): low molecular weight peptides that penetrate the hair cortex and rebuild it from within. This is LADOR's signature technology.
  • Hydrolyzed Keratin: hair's structural protein, hydrolyzed to penetrate the fiber and restore structure damaged by heat, color, or chemical treatments.
  • Collagen and Ceramides: for elasticity, softness, and protection of the cuticular layer.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV): balances scalp pH, combats dandruff, and reduces excessive sebum production.
  • Bonding Technology: for chemically treated hair, restores hair's disulfide bonds (the same technology behind Olaplex-like treatments).
  • Biotin + Hwanghae Artemisia: for anti-hair loss lines, acting on the follicle and scalp.

Lines by problem:

  • Heat-damaged hair (LPP / Damage Protector): fiber reconstruction and thermal protection.
  • Chemically treated hair (Keratin LPP): bond and structure restoration.
  • Dry hair (Hydro LPP): intense hydration with proteins and ceramides.
  • Oily scalp or dandruff (ACV / Anti-Dandruff): pH rebalancing and purifying action.
  • Fine hair (soy proteins): volumizing without weighing down.
  • Hair loss (biotin + artemisia): strengthening of the follicle and stratum corneum.
  • Hair damaged by heat and styling: LPP and Damage Protector for deep reconstruction
  • Chemically treated hair (coloured, bleached, permed): Keratin LPP
  • Dry and frizzy hair: Hydro LPP for intense hydration and manageability
  • Oily scalp, dandruff or itching: ACV and Anti-Dandruff for rebalancing
  • Fine and flat hair: lines based on plant proteins
  • Hair loss: biotin and artemisia for the follicle

LADOR is the exception in haircare: a professional brand that brings salon quality to the home routine without artificially increasing formula complexity. The active ingredients are real, the technologies are documented, the results are visible.

We included it because we believe that hair care deserves the same rigor we dedicate to skincare, and LADOR concretely demonstrates this.

  • What is LPP technology and how does it work? LPP stands for Low Molecular Protein Peptide, which are small peptides that, due to their reduced size, can penetrate the hair's cortex (not just deposit on the outer layer). Once inside, they bind to damaged keratin and reconstruct it. The result is stronger, more elastic, and smoother hair from within.
  • Is LADOR suitable for colored hair? Yes. The Keratin LPP and Ayunche Bonding lines are specifically designed for hair that has undergone chemical treatments such as coloring, bleaching, or perming. Bonding technology specifically works on the disulfide bonds that are broken during these processes.
  • Does LADOR contain sulfates? No. LADOR excludes harsh sulfates like SLS and SLES from its formulas. It uses alternative, gentler cleansers that clean without destroying the scalp's lipid barrier.
  • How often should LADOR treatments be used? It depends on the line. Shampoos and conditioners are for frequent use (even daily if the hair requires it). Masks and LPP treatments are generally used 1-2 times a week as an intensive treatment step.
