Refund policy
Returns within 14 days
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, feel free to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
❗ Undelivered or Unreleased International Shipments
If the customer fails to cooperate with customs authorities (e.g., by not providing required documents), the shipment may be rejected, returned to sender, or destroyed.
In such cases, shipping costs will not be refunded, and product refunds are not guaranteed, especially if the goods are damaged or not returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges, Refunds and Returns
If the product is still sealed and unopened, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order by emailing info@aurynskin.com.
By law, this entitles you to a full refund, including shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are not accepted for opened products with broken seals or used items.
Damaged Packaging
In case of damaged packaging, please contact customer support at info@aurynskin.com, attaching photos of the damaged box or boxes.
We will arrange collection and send replacement items.
Order Cancellation or Modification
Orders can only be canceled or modified if they have not yet been processed.
Orders placed before 12:00 (CET), Monday to Friday, are shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 will be processed and shipped the following business day.
